Trc20 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Policy
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the trc20 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing or using the trc20 platform via the website, mobile app, or any other provided channel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply fully with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please stop using the platform immediately.
To use trc20's services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or have reached the age of majority as defined by the laws of your country or region;
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
- Not be located in a jurisdiction where the use of this service is prohibited by local law.
Trc20 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Accounts found to have been registered by underage individuals will be closed immediately, and any associated balance will be frozen pending investigation.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account at trc20. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. It is your responsibility to keep your profile details up to date. trc20 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the user.
You are solely responsible for the security of your password and login credentials. Never share your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
Users are prohibited from:
- Using bots, automated software, or third-party tools to access or interact with the platform;
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the platform's functionality in any way;
- Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account;
- Engaging in any activity that violates the law or could cause harm to the platform or other users.
Payment, Deposit & Transaction Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the trc20 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users may make deposits using supported payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and local bank transfers.
The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. All deposits are subject to internal verification, and in certain circumstances trc20 reserves the right to request supporting documents to confirm the validity of a transaction before funds are credited to the user's account.
For withdrawals, users must ensure that the bank account or e-wallet details on file are accurate and registered under the same account holder's name. trc20 is not liable for any delays or failed withdrawals resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.
Trc20 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or activities that violate these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, the relevant funds may be frozen while an investigation is carried out in accordance with established procedures.
Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
Trc20 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to service disruptions, technical errors, or data loss. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and trc20 makes no guarantees regarding the continuous, uninterrupted availability of its services.
Account Suspension & Closure
Trc20 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, platform abuse, violation of these Terms & Conditions, or any unlawful activity. Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation will not be entitled to a refund of any remaining funds in the account.
Intellectual Property
All content on the trc20 platform, including logos, designs, interfaces, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of trc20 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or using any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from trc20.
Third-Party Links
The trc20 platform may contain references to third-party services. trc20 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms and conditions separately.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Trc20 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be displayed on this page with the relevant update date. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure ongoing compliance with the current terms.
Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please stop using the platform and contact our support team for further action regarding your account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the trc20 platform shall be resolved through the appropriate channels under Malaysian law.
